IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER FOR VOUCHERS?
YES. 25 vouchers is the minimum order to take full advantage of the PPG MVP voucher Program.
With an order of 25 vouchers you will have a customized redemption site that will include your logo and message.
 
WHAT IS THE COST?
You will receive the volume discount associated with PPG MVP which represents a 30% discount.  Your cost is just $6.50 per voucher.  The voucher price does not include state filing fees which are nominal and are covered by the agent or agency.
 
WHAT DOES THE VOUCHER COVER?
The voucher will cover one course regardless of the number of credits assigned to a particular course. For example, a 12 credit course would only require a single voucher.
 
WHAT FORMAT ARE THE VOUCHERS ISSUED IN?
OPTION 1:   You can have the vouchers sent from WebCE printed on 8.5 x 11 card stock.
The voucher will include all the pertinent information regarding redemption and your logo basically mirroring your redemption site

OPTION 2:  MOST POPULAR OPTION: WebCE issues the voucher numbers via a spreadsheet. This allows complete customization of the vouchers in design and method, as emailing the vouchers is a popular requestfrom busy agents.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONCE I PLACE THE ORDER TO RECEIVE THE VOUCHERS?
It depends on which format you choose.  If you choose to have the voucher numbers issued via spreadsheet you will have them same day.  If you choose to have WebCE print vouchers on card stock with your logo, you will typically receive them in 2-3 business days.
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CUSTOMIZED REDEMPTION SITE SET-UP?
Once you provide all the information on the PPG MVP/WEBCE order form and submit along with your logo, you will receive an email with a link to your redemption site in 2- 3 business days for your approval.
 
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN AN AGENT HAS REDEEMED THEIR VOUCHER?
You can easily track agent redemptions through your customized site.
 
DO THE VOUCHERS EXPIRE?
Vouchers are valid for redemption for 13 months from the date of purchase.  Once an agent logs in and selects a class they have 12 months to complete the course, regardless of expiration date.
Example: If a voucher has an expiration date of September 15, 2015 and the agent logs on Sept 1, 2015 the agent will have until September 1, 2016 to complete the course.
 
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY EXPIRE?
All expired, unused vouchers can be renewed for $1.00 per voucher.  
Renewed vouchers count towards the minimum purchase requirement of 25.
