This workshop will focus on improving paint booth utilization by working on the processes in and around these very valuable pieces of equipment. This approach is focused on delivering quality, speed, and cost performance in the refinish operations.

- Measurement of booth cycles to identify improvement opportunities
- Potential for the shop based upon equipment and personnel
- Action plan designed to drive improvement based upon opportunities identified
- Meet with entire team to discuss & refine action plan
- Begin implementation of action plan

Shop Owners, Shop Managers, Production Managers, Paint Department staff, Servicing Distributor staff, Local PPG staff

3 full days on-site
WORKSHOP SIZE
6-8 Shop participants, a cross section of roles and responsibilities associated with the target process
MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS
Completion of 1 day Paint Shop Throughput course by Shop Manager or Owner and preferably a lead painter or Completion of Green Belt training with data leading to the Paint department as the area to begin.
