LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES LEVEL 2
Level 2utilizes the Harrison Assessment and its unique philosophy to take a deeper look at your traits and behaviors as it relates to leading and managing others and yourself.  Harrison assessment results are based on the Paradox Theory and the Enjoyment Theory.

The process begins with a preliminary call with one of our MVP Business Solutions team members to qualify the participant has completed the prerequisites from Level 1 and is ready to move to Level 2.  The second step is the Harrison Assessment which is a behavioral based on-line assessment where you will you stack rank 175 traits and factors.  The assessment takes about 25 minutes to complete.  The Harrison assessment measures your behavioral tendencies, interests, and preferences.  Once the assessment is complete, Harrison’s proprietary system will analyze your responses and generate a detailed report.  We will then schedule a 90-minute video-based call with you to review your report and explain how you can use the information generated in the next leg of your leadership development journey.

After the debrief you will be expected to work on agreed improvement steps identified in the assessment.  This can be accomplished through resources we can provide or resources that can be sourced externally from PPG.

LEVEL 2 OBJECTIVE
Assist leaders in developing strong leadership skills needed to achieve the goals and results of the organization. Participants will receive a Harrison report detailing their results from themselves stack ranking 175 traits and factors and how these apply to the 12 paradoxical traits. 

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
Graduates from the Leadership Development Series Level 1, 2-Day program, who have showed proven application of the knowledge, tools and ideas gained and who are serious about taking an honest look at how their traits and behaviors may be impacting their leadership and management of others and themselves.

LEVEL 2 LENGTH
- 30-to-60-minute preliminary call to determine readiness for taking the Harrison assessment
- 25 minutes for the on-line assessment
- 90 minutes for video-based debrief/coaching session.
Level 2 is an individual based program.


PREREQUISITE REQUIREMENTS
PPG customers who have completed the Leadership Development Series Level 1 program and have proof of application and results from what they learned in the Leadership Development Series Level 1 program.
