MVP Contract Instructor
Sharon Gregory has been a member of the PPG family since 1978. She began her career as an administrative assistant to the Glass Marketing Research department as a PPG employee. After finishing a degree in Marketing and a Masters in Organizational Development, Sharon worked with Ken Hall, Director of Quality Assurance for PPG as an independent contractor creating and facilitating training at the corporate headquarters. She then moved into facilitating learning for the Refinish Division through their Continuing Education program for collision shop managers and owners. Her contract work then led her into a partnership with the MVP program delivering learning opportunities for front office staff in the areas of sales, marketing, change management, and customer service. Currently, Sharon has worked on virtual learning opportunities for PPG’s MVP program.
Sharon resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband Bill. She enjoys riding her thoroughbred in her spare time and babysitting her first grandchild.
