MVP Administrative & Customer Service Coordinator
Darlene joined PPG in 2010 as a Customer Service representative in the Color Library. Supporting collision shops, distributors, and the sales staff, she interacted with a broad range of PPG’s customer base. She now coordinates the MVP Business Development Series classes, and also assists the team with the day to day administrative operations of the value added programs.

From my perspective
Planning for MVP classes and conferences requires me to stay in contact with the PPG team, as well as our customers, vendors, and venues. My goal is to see that those I encounter gain a positive, valuable experience through their involvement with the MVP Business Solutions Group.
