Lucillia joined PPG in 2013 as a contractor Administrative Assistance III in Commercial Refinish Training. Supporting the Zone and Training Manager, the Brand Manager Industrial Segments and Manager Pricing & Logistics-Refinish. She was the Technical Writer for Commercial technical bulletins, technical data sheets, indexes and VOC wall charts. She interacted with the distributors and the sales training staff. She now supports the MVP Refinish Business Solutions sales team with the day-to-day administrative operations of the value added programs that have been the result of extensive research and development.

Maintaining a positive attitude goes a long way. Think long term when dealing with customers. By being able to provide customers with what they need and being fair, they will be loyal and through word of mouth, will do the marketing for you. The programs that we offer are to improve our customers’ performance and profitability.
